River Cruise

River cruises aren't just vacations—they're immersive cultural journeys designed for travelers who want authentic experiences, not crowded ports. With just 100-200 passengers onboard you can form genuine connections with fellow guests and crew. It has a refined, boutique-hotel atmosphere that mega-ships simply can't replicate. 

Expedition Cruise

Expedition vessels are engineered for places traditional cruises can't navigate.Expedition ships slip through polar ice, navigate Amazon tributaries, and explore Galapagos channels. You gain genuine access to pristine wilderness: penguin colonies in Antarctica, jaguar sightings along remote Amazon waterways, giant tortoises in the Galapagos. These aren't distant sightings-they're intimate encounters.  Vessels carries 50-700 passengers.

Step1:

Before we discuss which ship or itinerary, we'll have a discovery conversation to understand your travel style:

What are you really seeking? Relaxation and variety? Cultural immersion? Remote adventure? Family bonding? Your answer determines whether ocean, river, or expedition cruising is your perfect fit.
What's your budget—and what hidden costs matter? I'll walk you through what's included in your cruise fare versus what costs extra (specialty dining, beverages, shore excursions, gratuities), so there are no surprises.
When do you want to travel, and what destinations call to you? Timing affects pricing, availability, and which lines offer the best value for your goals.
This conversation is complimentary and takes 20–30 minutes. It's my job to qualify you into the right cruise type before we book anything.

Step 2:

The Booking Phase
Once we've aligned on your ideal cruise:

a. I secure your reservation with the cruise line, locking in your cabin category, deck preference, and any onboard credits or promotions you qualify for.
b. I handle all the paperwork—passport requirements, travel insurance recommendations, pre-cruise documentation, and any special requests (dietary needs, accessibility accommodations, celebration packages).
c. I keep you informed with regular updates: final payment deadlines, onboard account setup, pre-cruise emails from the line, and any itinerary changes.

The Pre-Cruise Phase (60–90 Days Before)
This is where I earn my keep:

I send you a detailed pre-cruise guide covering what to pack, what's included in your fare, dining reservations, specialty restaurant menus, onboard activities, and port information.
I answer every question—no detail is too small. Concerned about seasickness? Unsure what to wear to the captain's dinner?
I help you maximize your experience. Interested in specialty dining, wine tastings, or premium shore excursions? I'll guide you through options and pricing so you can decide what adds value for you.

Step 4:

The Onboard & Post-Cruise Phase
You have my contact info if anything goes wrong while you're traveling (flight delays, onboard issues, emergency support).
After you return, I follow up to hear about your experience, capture your stories, and start planning your next adventure!
